About Sweet Jazz
Sweet Jazz Recordings is dedicated
to supporting the growth and perpetuation of America's original
classic art form - Jazz. The recording company is
committed to expanding the audience and visibility of jazz
throughout the world.
Through published and unpublished compositions, Sweet Jazz
Recordings will work to improve the lifeblood of the jazz recording
world by supporting, nurturing and collaboratively working with its
recording artists by providing a power base.
We will work to improve the artist
and recording company relationship. Sweet Jazz seeks to record both
the ever-growing jazz repertoire of published and unpublished
compositions as well as the improvised recorded music of jazz
musicians.
Sweet Jazz Recordings goal is to
provide music, ideas, design, motivation and support to aspiring
jazz musicians, composers, students and all those interested in
preserving quality jazz sound.
Further, our goal is to have everyone with whom we do business feel
as if they have received far more than they have given.

Recording with Sweet
Jazz is a very satisfying experience. We pride ourselves in being
sensitive to various group and individual recording needs and, most
importantly, our approach is very novel and artist friendly.
We offer a
three-tiered program for recording, which takes place at the club,
and can be a combo of daytime studio and nighttime
“live” setting.
The
“Demo” CD
(5 or less tunes or up to 20
minutes)
This package is
perfect for the novice in the recording arena or one who wants to
simply put their music "out there". It is a great option for new
artists and/or students who need to submit a CD for auditions,
school entry or contests. Also a great way to "immortalize" family
songs, religious ceremonies, class projects, or group
ventures.

purchase on The Jazz Corner web site and may be available within
our distribution channels.
