Jimmy Charles has performed at The Jazz Corner for 5 years, starting off as Earl Williams' drummer. He can now be heard and seen performing with Bobby Ryder, Bob Masteller, Earl Williams and many others.
A very special thanks to you and the Jazz Corner for making my Birthday Celebration so much fun and special. Louise & Lavon were awesome and very entertaining, the food (Veal & Chicken Entree's) were exceptional, the staff and service, as always was excellent!!!!! Almost every jazz musician I know dreams about owning his or her own club. If I had my own place, I'd want it to be just like the Jazz Corner. It's one of the classiest, "grooviest" clubs in which I've had the pleasure of performing. (I'm still trying to figure out if it's a great jazz club that's also a first-class restaurant, or the other way around!)
We were delighted with our experience at The Jazz Corner. We were entertained and thrilled with the talents of The Earl Williams Quartet. Lavon's piano skills and Clarance's bass guitar skills were fabulous.
